  Shear Sugar Salon & Extensions is located in this Suite and I highly recommend for Extensions and Salon Services . Rachel Is the owner and she’s amazing and gives 100% of her time and attention. The salon was clean and comfortable, very visually appealing.

  I genuinely love being here. The management experience is exceptional, Lindi is truly outstanding. She is consistently responsive, professional, and kind, and anytime something needs attention, it’s handled immediately. I’ve never had an issue. The property is always clean and beautifully maintained. The space feels light, airy, modern, and refined, exactly the environment I want for both myself and my guests. Beyond the physical space, the culture here is something special. Everyone is welcoming, supportive, and driven, creating a collaborative atmosphere where we truly uplift one another. It’s a rare and refreshing environment in the beauty industry, and I’m incredibly grateful to call this place home.

  I’ve had my own suite at Ovation Lakewood for a year and a half now and am still in love. The Ovation team responds to any concerns that arise with grace and speed, i.e. if your room feels too hot or if you blow a breaker because your blow dryer has the power of an industrial size fan. The facility is always extremely clean and there is plenty of guest seating. I recommend this place, and this team, to anyone looking to start or continue their journey into business ownership.

  I started renting a small suite here in November of 2021 and I’ve loved every moment of it here. The location is amazing, the salon is kept extremely clean, and the floor to ceiling windows let in so much natural light - it’s such a beautiful and welcoming place to work. From the owner to the property manager to the renters here, everyone is incredibly sweet, accommodating, and welcoming. The environment here is lovely & I urge anyone looking to rent out a suite to look at Ovation.
