  I love stopping by this MAC store and it’s because of Ryan. The first time he helped me find my favorites and new items to love, he made the experience so personal yet offered his expertise. My skin looks fabulous thanks to his recommendations and application tips! I walked back in today after months and he remembered me, our previous conversation, and raved about the latest products he simply knew would become my new obsession! Every store needs more people like Ryan, who not only make the experience personal but make you feel seen and beautiful in your own skin.

  Love love love this store! Especially when I come and have had the assistance from Ryan. He has helped me on multiple occasions. Never have I had anyone been more pleasant, personable, patient, complimentary, and kind. He has made me a Mac girly! I found out today (4/11/26) that I won't be seeing him at this location anymore. He will be going on to bigger and better things. I couldn't be happier for him. I will continue to shop at this store but the shopping experience will definitely not be the same. His sparking demeanor is exactly what I am looking for in a shopping experience and I will miss him forever. Love you Ryan.

  Ryan has the most welcoming energy at the MAC store, he instantly makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. He’s always incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what he does. He did my makeup for my birthday and absolutely killed it! The look was flawless, detailed, and perfectly tailored to me. You can tell he really knows his craft and takes the time to be thoughtful with every step. If you ever get the chance to book with Ryan, do it,you won’t be disappointed!

  I booked my appointment online without knowing who my makeup artist would be while traveling from VA to Dallas. The moment I arrived and found out Ryan would be doing my makeup, I was instantly excited. His energy is unmatched, and he made me feel so welcome right away. Throughout the appointment, he really listened to what I wanted and executed every detail perfectly. Honestly going above and beyond my expectations. The foundation match was flawless, hands down the best I’ve ever had done at MAC! Side note: his personality is adorable and he’s basically a walking karaoke machine 😂 Overall, my experience was amazing! And I looked like THAT girl at Cardi B’s concert. Can’t nobody tell me otherwise 🤣

  Ryan did an amazing job on my makeup! His attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to enhance my natural features really stood out. I felt confident, flawless, and camera-ready. He listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered beyond expectations. Highly recommend!
