She never disappoints, ever! I will say the times she’s off and I need to get my eyebrows touched up, the other ladies do an awesome job. Love this place!

These ladies went above and beyond to accommodate me as well as others who came in without appointments. Everyone got their treatments. My tech was professional and pleasant while she managed several clients at the same time. My lashes look amazing. They did not bat an eyelash to meet everyone's needs.

- HGHolly GrodtMar 30, 20262.0Upon arriving, the receptionist was rude and snippy which made me very on edge as this was my first appointment. I was led to a back room and then told to come back up as my intake form was not filled out - I had opted for no marketing emails when making the appointment and this made them sending me the intake form impossible and they made it seem like it was my fault. I filled out the form at the front desk and then was lead back and waited and waited for my aesthetician who was nice once she started my lamination. She then made me wait for well over 30 minutes while I was processing which is the longest I have ever waited for a lamination. My eyebrows were also uneven but at that point, I just wanted to be done as this had taken up so much of my day. I am very good with lamination upkeep and even though they processed for way longer than usual, by day 2, they were no longer lying flat and were going all over the place. The location is great which is why I chose this spot, but I will not be going back based on my experience
