  I came here as I am new to Dallas and need a provider for Post Menopausal HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy). I do not have health insurance and needed an affordable option that offers injectable Testosterone as transdermal does not work on me. Also needed a Estradiol patch and Progesterone, as I have a uterus. Made an appointment and saw the Nurse Practitioner. She was very sweet and professional. She listened tend to all my concerns and answered all my questions. The entire staff here was wonderful. I highly recommend them for HRT.

  Melissa is extremely helpful. Living out of state and coordinating calls to keep me on track is efficient and easy. I appreciate the staff at the Frisco, Dallas and Ft.Worth locations.

  My experience with Genesis has been amazing so far thanks to Melissa. She has been so sweet and supportive throughout my journey. Not only has she taken the time to explain everything I did not understand but she always went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. 10/10 would recommend she needs a RAISE!!!
