  I had tear trough filler done here and unfortunately experienced persistent puffiness that did not resolve after several weeks. I followed up multiple times with concerns that this could be filler-related edema or overcorrection. Instead of being properly assessed, I was advised to add more filler despite the visible swelling, which was concerning. Communication was also inconsistent. I was told a prescription would be called in, but it was never received, and I had to repeatedly follow up for updates without resolution. I remained patient and professional throughout, but ultimately did not receive the level of aftercare or clinical guidance expected with a cosmetic procedure. Cosmetic treatments require both skill and reliable follow-up care. Based on my experience, I would not return and would recommend others ensure their provider prioritizes proper assessment and post-treatment support.

  Very professional. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable. Great experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend. Since my last review 4 months ago, I’ve lost an additional 20 pounds, bringing my total to 37 pounds since July 2025! I’m beyond grateful for the continued support, consistency, and results. This Medspa truly delivers!
