I was disappointed to know there was no waiting lounge for guests. It was a let down to see the rooms. It’s a bunch of tents pretty much, just rooms created by thick hanging curtains. The massage room was cute but then upon lying face down the linens or materials smelled. They had a play doh like aroma. About 10-15 minutes into the massage I was able to relax and the massage itself was amazing. Afterwards you can tip using a system that allows the therapist to receive same day tips and they pass on that fee to the client. The aesthetics and branding are cute but the user experience is a real let down.
