- GMGene Maddox3 days ago1.0My therapist was Nikki, and this was by far the most upsetting and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. I had to ask for basic amenities like an eye cover and lavender at the start of the session, which already set a poor tone. About 20 minutes into the massage, I politely asked for more pressure—something that should be a normal and expected request. Instead, the therapist became visibly annoyed, abruptly stopped the session, and told me to wait out front in the lobby. I was left shocked, frustrated, and completely dissatisfied. This level of service is unacceptable. I’ve been to Now Massage locations all across the DFW metroplex and have never experienced anything close to this. This was a horrible experience, and I’m extremely disappointed.

Deep Tissue and the focus he took to get the knots out of my shoulders makes feel brand new. I appreciated the rest of my massage being relaxing that I’ve VERY I dozed off a few times! Highly recommend asking for Lewis!

I cannot recommend Sung enough — he uses really deep but fluid pressure, and is truly one of the best therapists I’ve ever had & I’m pretty particular! HIGHLY recommend a 50/80 min session with him. I got a membership solely for him!
