    The general manager, Treva, who is also the district manager likes to take random days off of work and then you can't contact them ever. Horrible communication.

    This is our third experience with scheduling and communication issues, and at this point it’s extremely frustrating. My husband and I had a 1:30 PM couples massage appointment. We both received confirmation for the same time, with my husband booked as my guest, which is how it has always been done. We arrived early and had been speaking with the front desk associate for about 30 minutes. At exactly 1:30 PM, the associate said the system showed one appointment at 1:30 and the other at 2:00, and asked if that was correct. I explained that it was not — we were confirmed for the same time. She then stated she “just saw a note” indicating one appointment had been pushed back because a therapist was running behind. No one called or notified us of this change. We drove 30 minutes to make this appointment and were never informed of any delay. The associate mentioned a manager was supposed to call, but the manager was not on site, which made the situation even more confusing. These massages are not inexpensive, and they are not even a full 50 minutes. Our last massage was 43 minutes, which is disappointing given the cost. We have spent thousands of dollars here over time, and it is unreasonable to repeatedly experience shortened services, scheduling changes, and lack of communication without accountability. We understand that holidays, staffing issues, or delays can happen — but clients should be notified before driving out and arriving on time. We are not looking to argue; we are asking for management to contact us directly to address this.

    Lewis at The NOW Massage is absolutely excellent. He is professional, attentive, and clearly knowledgeable about the body. He took the time to understand my needs and tailored the session accordingly. His pressure was spot-on, and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably less tense. The environment was calming, and Lewis’s approach made the entire experience feel intentional and therapeutic. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a high-quality massage.

    I’ve been going semi-regularly for at least a year or more and have seen a few different therapists, but now I only book with Lewis! He’s truly the best and knows exactly how to target my problem spots and ease my pain. He also gives great advice on ways to stretch and move between sessions to keep my muscles loose. I highly recommend him especially to those who enjoy deep tissue!
