    I’m not one to “leave reviews” I think I’ve done 3 in my lifetime on here. Only writing this because the owner thought I left the negative one a few days ago. I can see why as the client seemed to have the same exact experience as myself. Except I didn’t go to this location, I went to Oaklawn which leaves me questioning about the oversight in detail when stating that I left a bad review. It was a frustrating experience when I booked only with a $30 off promo, only to have it cancelled though the front desk didn’t let me know. I was greeted with “you booked 2 add-on so you get a 3rd one on us!”. (I booked 2 that equaled $30 for the $30 off) turns out they charged me for them & the whole thing was a mess to deal with. At the end of the day it was no longer about the money for me, it was the fact that there was an error in their side & they kept diverting that error back to me saying that promos don’t stack up. (I didn’t ask for promos to stack. Purposefully, I didn’t stack promos while booking online) i was just asked upon arrival If wanted a 3rd add-on, I figured the employee knew more about the business than a client would. Anyways, seems like 2 clients with the same issue.

    Was a first timer here and purchased the monthly plan as I thought it would be a good experience. As a newcomer, there is a special that is $30 off. Since I paid $85 for the membership, I was able to get $30 worth of free enhancements since it was a new member special. I was then told after my appointment that it doesn’t apply to me since I paid for a membership. This is extremely frustrating as this was not what was advertised online. I ended up paying $20 more for a “deep tissue” massage that was not deep at all. Extremely disappointed with my experience here and I will say the enhancements are a money grabbing scam.

    Overpriced and underwhelming. Spent over $200 and left feeling nothing. The “extras” are just expensive fluff. You’ll get a much better massage and real results at a local Chinese spa for a fraction of the price.

    Visited on Monday afternoon and had a fantastic massage from Joey! He listened to my concerns and likes/dislikes and checked in with me in the beginning to make sure the pressure was good for me. The Now in Lower Greenville is perfectly designed and reminds me of a magical vacation in Quintana Roo, Mexico

    Tyler is amazing! Super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knows what he’s doing. My massage with him hit the perfect mix of relaxing and effective. I could actually feel the stress melt away. The now is such a chill spot, and Tyler made the whole experience even better.He will for sure be my go-to from now on!
