- SMSkye Mladenka2 days ago5.0i came in last week for my first non lobe piercing and was pierced by mindy! i was nervous at first because she looked a bit intimidating but she was literally the sweetest person i have ever met…. mindy was sweet attentive with my fears and patient with me and i left there trusting her with my life. we decided on a conch piercing together and have made plans for my future ones.if you come i’d def ask for her!

- AAAmanda A.Dec 2, 20252.0I typically prefer to come to this location over the other location due to the nice staff but today was not the day. I came in to see if I could get my tragus downsized and was told that it could be. Once it was time to downsize the post, Emily was very careless about the entire procedure. From the way she removed the post out of my ear and attempted to force it into the hole, it was so uncomfortable. She was able to fit an 8 mm post however it looked quite tight as I could see the earring digging into my skin. Once I informed her about this, she took it out and tried to replace it with the visibly dirty post I had (crust from piercing I was unable to remove on my own). I had to request for her to place a new one, which I find to be odd considering the hygienics of piercings. After this, she shoved the post back into my ear with no type of consideration or care, causing more pain and eventually bleeding + swelling. The entire interaction was just painful and uncomfortable and I don’t appreciate the way she regarded me in this visit. I would come back in the future but I personally would request to not have Emily changing out my posts.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate teen walk-in appointments at this studio. Please schedule your teen appointment online at Studs.com!
