Super easy and quick! I made an appt online and got there a little early. The girls quickly accommodated me and got me in right away. I got my tragus & helix. I love that they give you a care card and info on exactly what gauge you were pierced with and what date to come back for jewelry downsize. They had cute affordable piercing jewelry to choose from as well! Emily was my piercer and was very sweet. My piercings have been healing easily with very minimal irritation. Will be back!

My daughter’s piercing experience at this STUDS was amazing! It was her first piercing so she was nervous but the aesthetic is so fun and inviting. Our piercer, Jazz, was thorough and explained her process and just all around sweet and obviously experienced. We couldn’t recommend it more.

Mindy did a great job on my daith, and the front of house staff were professional and knowledgeable in helping me pick out which piercing to get. Clare and Chris, thanks so much for y’all’s help! Mindy thank you for your attention to detail and keeping me laughing the whole time. I will absolutely be back!!

My Aunt and I went and had our ears pierced in January. She got two piercings and I got three. As we were sitting in the room waiting to get pierced I asked the piercer how long she had been doing piercings and she said outside of her friends, about a month she had been officially piercing.... She was incredibly sweet and I wanted to not assume the worst so I decided to trust that she knew what she was doing. Move on to July when my Aunt and I decide to go get our piercings changed out and the posts shortened. I had two that were not healing properly and were still causing me a lot of pain. I chose more simple earrings so that there would be less irritation. The young girl at the counter was very kind and took us back to change them out. I assumed that they would be shortening the post and that the new earrings would be considered the post change since this was the first time that we had been back since the initial piercings. They charged us $15 for each post change and we went on our way. A week or two in to the new earring, my ear was hurting really bad. I looked in the mirror and the earring was embedded in the piercing. I was able to push it out and cleaned it well and thought it was just a fluke. Two weeks later, I woke up and the earring was embedded again, but this time, it would not come back through the hole. I was in a panic but had to be somewhere for work so I had to carry on with my day until I could find a resolution. Thankfully I work near a Maria Tash. I went in to have them look at it. They had to apply a large amount of pressure to get the earring back through the hole. She was able to get the piercing out and I purchased a new earring from them. This experience was completely different than the one at Studs. This piercer was knowledgable and tried multiple different lengths to accommodate the swelling in my ear. The earring that studs had put in my ear was a 5 mm length. The one that Maria Tash put in was 11 mm in length and she was still not certain that would be enough space but was the longest post that they had. I paid $100 on top of the $350 I had already paid all together at Studs to have them fix it and to buy the new earring at the length it needed to be. All of this to say, there are young unexperienced people working at Studs that do not have enough information to be piercing correctly. They did not explain anything to us or consider that the ear wasn't fully healed and they needed to use a longer post. They did not tell us how to properly care for the piercings. This is nothing against the kind people that helped us, but I expect a place that only focuses on piercing to have highly skilled and knowledgable employees in place. In the future I will continue to go to Maria Tash and will not return to Studs as this has been a costly and painful experience that could have been avoided if they had a more experienced staff in place. Their customer service was good but again I just feel like the people that are piercing and changing out earrings need to have more experience to be the only ones there handling their business.
