- PLPaige Chenault LohoeferJun 1, 20251.0The value is not worth the price. The nail tech was lovely and kind. The Spa's website and menu shows a pedicure is 55 minutes, and a manicure is 35 minutes. My manicure and pedicure took her less than an hour. It felt rushed. I was disappointed the marketing didn't match the experience, especially for the price.

The service providers didn’t seem to be very professional. They didn’t offer a water or anything to drink either. Don’t waste your money. Just an FYI: I paid for a luxe mani and all she did was remove my old polish and paint the new polish. I paid for the best customized facial and there was no extraction and wasn’t any better off than when I walked in.
