- SKSeonyi KNov 12, 20251.0Wow... this has to be the worst customer service experience I've ever had at any retail shop. It wasn't just one sales associate -- it was every single one! It was almost comical. Every one of them he/she. she/she, you/ us, my dog, my neighbor, the Trump guy, etc. Every single one of them was either rude or acted as if I offended them for asking about bronzer. I couldn't believe it. It made me wonder. If every single staff member has this personality defect, does the problem lie with the employees or with those who hired them? I was excited for this location to open. I usually shop at ULTA, but they don't always have everything I want. Sephora online usually does. I guess I'll stick to ULTA. They ain't much better but it's at least better. This Sephora is quite small as well. Is this the new normal? To the rude sales associate: bronzer and contour are not the same, and yes, MILK has a contour line. Sephora, please educate your staff so theycan distinguish between crayons and makeup.

I was looking for a sold out product and sales associate named Crystal did everything to find me the product. I was able to get the product in store and had a wonderful rest of my shopping experience with all of the other staff members. Will be revisiting this location in the future!
