  This Sephora staff needs better training and actually need to learn to be helpful rather than talking to each other and having unprofessional attitude. I came to pickup my order and asked to also collect my birthday reward. Since I already reviewed the options online I knew which one I wanted. When I asked for that specific one she straight up said that’s not an option for the birthday gift .I told her since I am VIB I can see the Jo malone perfume option in my rewards so it is included.Its one thing to say if they don’t have in stock but to say it’s not an option just shows lack of training and knowledge. Even after telling her that she brushed it off and said we only have these options and non of them was what I liked I left the store frustrated and annoyed. Extremely disappointed and rude staff

  Walked in to get help with colognes and got attended right away. After I was looking for a specific brand which I could not find. I ask another employee and they directed me to Alvaro. He was extremely nice and even took time to help me out to pick my shade of blush I was looking for. He even gave me options to pick for my shade of skin tone which was super helpful. I would 100% go again with his great attitude and service!

  I had a very uncomfortable interaction here with a staff member. I did not ask for help nor indicate I wanted any product this person was pushing. This conversation was incredibly forced, the retail associate was SUPER condescending, rude, and pushy. Perhaps find a better way to sell product that doesn’t include forced interactions that come across inauthentic and on top of that becoming visibly frustrated when I don’t want to purchase said item.

  Britney needs to be fired ….. she was the rudest employee ive ever come across . I saw a cleansing balm while waiting in line and instead of her asking someone on the floor or directing me to the area to get the full size she said “ she looked at me weird and funny and said uhm well did you ask anybody on the floor “ im like girl i was in line and im asking you now is there a full size ? How are you treating me like a villan for asking if theres a full size option … i kidd you not never have i stopped in a mall just to do a review . I hope this gets noticed by corporate and rectified.
