I saw a cleansing balm while waiting in line and instead of her asking someone on the floor or directing me to the area to get the full size she said “ she looked at me weird and funny and said uhm well did you ask anybody on the floor “ im like girl i was in line and im asking you now is there a full size ? How are you treating me like a villan for asking if theres a full size option … i kidd you not never have i stopped in a mall just to do a review . I hope this gets noticed by corporate and rectified.

- JAJ AOct 7, 20251.0Customer service was awful. Staff were flippant and fine with showing how they would rather talk to each other than help me pick my order up. Person at the register rolled their eyes when I asked to pickup my order, before gesturing in the opposite direction of the actual spot. I asked to redeem my points and they were super short and generally unpleasant from our short interaction. I almost wish I had just cancelled the whole thing. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this store, and probably won’t come back to a Sephora for a while. The whole thing left such a bad taste in my mouth.
