- KPKinsey PalmerJan 1, 20261.0Won’t be back to this location. After waiting in line for a few minutes, I moved to the next open cashier. She pointed to a different line than the one I came from, and said, “If you want to just go to the back of the line, they will help you when you get back.” Confused, I looked at her for a moment. Before I could say anything, she appeared annoyed and began speaking to me in Spanish - I am not Hispanic, and I do not speak Spanish. I let her know that I spoke English, and asked why I needed to go to the back of a line. (Turns out she really meant ‘get back in line’ or more professionally - just wait a moment longer in line, as she was going off shift, and someone else would be with me shortly.) Instead, she informed me, while typing on her cell phone, she was “going on lunch” and couldn’t help me. Not pleasant.

I’m planning to do my own wedding makeup and I don’t usually do too much makeup so I was really happy to be helped out in the store. I’m probably butchering the spelling but Jelani was so friendly and incredibly helpful! He took his time showing me his favorite products and helped me find my perfect shades. I ended up buying a new foundation, concealer and bronzer which were PERFECT.
