  This was a great location when it first opened. My tween and I specifically loved Amy. I was in last week and Amy was so rude and off putting. She was running around asking everyone if they needed help, but literally moving on to the next person without helping whatsoever. I was attempting to ask her about a specific moisturizer and before I could even finish, pushed me on to a completely different product I wasn't looking for. Months ago she recommended a lip product but I was on the fence about it. During this last trip, I really wanted to remember the brand so had to ask her a second question. I was honestly nervous to even ask her something else bc she was being so nasty and dismissive. I honestly felt bullied into buying a product I knew wasn't the one she initially recommended. I just wanted to get out of there. I had to go to a different location to return bc I didn't want to face her again. Do yourself a favor and literally go to any other Sephora location.

  Millie was so sweet and helpful today. She helped me to make a purchase online when the item I wanted was out of stock in the store! Her customer service was truly great! Thank you :)

  I made an online purchase on 10/11/25 for in-store pickup. I received a notification that my order was ready for pickup and to bring my email and DL. I went in 10/12/25 with my email and DL. The lady (Gabriella) asked for the barcode. I showed her the email and told her I didn’t see a barcode. She then told me that meant my order wasn’t ready for pickup - I told her yes it was, I received the notification. I then went into the app and showed her it was ready for pickup, showed her the order number and told her I had my DL - I asked was there no other way to look up my order. She tried by my last name, but claimed she couldn’t find it because it was two orders with the same last name…I said even with my order number??? She was like oh give me that - I told her that was always available in the email I shared. She somehow managed to find my order and gave me my bag. There was another lady standing next to me waiting for an order pickup. As I was walking off, Gabriella said very mockingly to the second customer, “Oh you have a barcode”. I found that to be very rude, unprofessional, and unnecessary. I asked to speak to a store manager, but was told she was not in. I did speak to the manager on duty and also called Sephora customer service.
