- RNRachel NosalDec 18, 20241.0Previous girl (Nicole) said to let hair grow out so they could see where it grew since I’m in the maintenance stage, then the next girl (Patricia) said the hair was too long and wouldn’t see me. So I had to reschedule for 3 weeks later. THEN the front desk girl cancelled my appointment day of because I hadn’t picked up the phone when they called to confirm - no where does it say they will cancel if you dont confirm and this has never happened before when I didn’t answer. And then they “squeezed” me in, but then still wouldn’t see me because I had taken an antibiotic. They didn’t even check to see if it was on the approved list, which normally they do and wouldn’t even try to do a test spot, which is also normal protocol. The girls (Shay and Patricia) were patronizing at best when I expressed frustration. So frustrating and annoyed that I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here, wish I was getting my laser somewhere else. But now I’m stuck since the money is spent. Hope others can learn from my mistake.
