  I had an incredible experience at Rowan Piercing Studio. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt clean, calm, and welcoming. It had been over 25 years since my last piercing, so I came in a little anxious. Deni, the nurse, was exceptional. She was patient and gentle, taking the time to explain everything step by step. She ensured I felt comfortable before, during, and after the piercing. Her professionalism and bedside manner truly stood out. Ashley, the manager, was equally impressive. She was warm and attentive, making the entire process seamless. You can tell this studio values customer care and high standards. What could have been a nerve-racking experience turned into one that felt empowering and smooth. I’m beyond happy with my service and would absolutely recommend Rowan to anyone—especially if it’s been a while and you’re feeling a little unsure. They provide the best level of care you could ask for.

  I was very satisfied with my piercing at this location. The staff was very friendly and overall, it was a pleasant and comforting appointment, It was my first time getting pierced, and they made sure that I was comfortable the entire time.

  Shout out to Rowan and all the nurses that work there!! They were the best! Such ease to get my 3rds pierced. I even needed to have one 2nd lobe piercing fixed from a previous piercing place and they were so kind to fix the issue. I highly recommend taking your baby and on up to get your ears pierced from Rowan!!!.(Royal and Preston)

  Mixed experience today. First, the great - nice Selection, appointment can be booked online. Nurses on staff to do the piercing seems like a great idea. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best experience piercing our 8 y/o daughter’s ears. It was a busy Saturday and the nurse was a little aggressive. She didn’t exactly comfort my daughter and she was too afraid. We tried a second time with the device instead of the needle and the nurse was much nicer, but ultimately, my daughter was too worked up to go through with it. To be fair, the staff was super understanding and didn’t ask me to pay for the time or service. I would recommend for older kids or adults, but I don’t think it is the best fit for young kids.

  Worth it is all you need to know really. My 3yo daughter had hers done there and it went great. 3 weeks later she had her earring taken out early at daycare (I was livid, she passed out when they tried to put it back in). We took her back to Rowan and they handled it. Life savers.
