All staff were friendly and helpful. Christine made sure we and our 8 month old granddaughter were comfortable. She answered all of our questions and provided plenty of information. She was professional and got the job done quickly with few tears. I would definitely recommend Rowan and Christine!!! Thanks again!

Very good at explaining everything and made me feel comfortable. I got my second hole on both lobes with a device and it barely hurt at all! Just felt like a pinch! There were three workers there, and after telling me they couldn’t do it, they just stood there in silence staring at me. It was super awkward, and instead of offering any help or even helping me choose jewelry for my conch, they just suggested I go somewhere else. They even were judging the jewelry I picked out and were so condescending to me. She made rude comments saying “Is this one too expensive for you”? Definitely not the friendly or professional experience I expected.

Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.

We are a cashless studio.
