  Made my daughter feel comfortable and took her nervousness away. Clean facility with friendly nurses and staff. The one thing that was a little bit irritating, but not worth docking them a star on was the manager tried to sell me on the really expensive jewelry option and it wasn’t until I indicated that I was uncomfortable with the pricing that she revealed that cheaper jewelry was available which also came with a cheaper piercing fee. Didn’t feeling like spending $65 PER EARING which was the cheapest option on a starter pair for a kid. Otherwise, great experience!

  Great experience! Very clean and sanitary. My ear never got infected!! **You need a birth certificate if under 18 with parental id to get a piercing tho!

  Our first experience was great! But it's crazy to spend $300 for for piercings to then have one of your kids lose one, try to get it repierced and be turned away because of an appointment. The hole is visible. It's so hard to drag your kids around for these things in the first place. Make sure to make an appointment and ignore anything that says they accept walk ins.

  I had an incredible experience at Rowan Piercing Studio. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt clean, calm, and welcoming. It had been over 25 years since my last piercing, so I came in a little anxious. Deni, the nurse, was exceptional. She was patient and gentle, taking the time to explain everything step by step. She ensured I felt comfortable before, during, and after the piercing. Her professionalism and bedside manner truly stood out. Ashley, the manager, was equally impressive. She was warm and attentive, making the entire process seamless. You can tell this studio values customer care and high standards. What could have been a nerve-racking experience turned into one that felt empowering and smooth. I’m beyond happy with my service and would absolutely recommend Rowan to anyone—especially if it’s been a while and you’re feeling a little unsure. They provide the best level of care you could ask for.
