  I had my nose piercing done by Faith and she was amazing! She was very patient, professional, and took the time to explain the whole process, which made me feel really comfortable. She also helped me choose a nose stud that suited my face perfectly. The piercing process was quick and smooth. It’s been three days now and I’ve had very little pain, which I think is because of how carefully she did it. If you’re getting a nose piercing for the first time, I highly recommend going to Faith. She truly knows what she’s doing!

  I’ve been a loyal customer of Maria Tash and have invested significantly in their jewelry over the years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I purchased two Diamond Vine Threaded Stud (white gold, 8mm). The post broke off one of them and it was replaced. Assuming this was an isolated issue, I wore the earrings normally. However, the post was faulty and the earring was eventually lost because the post breaks off. The exact same problem occurred with the other piece — the threaded post is thin and easily breaks off. Luckily this one I caught and found. This is clearly not normal wear and tear but a repeat issue with the same style earring. When I contacted customer service, the response focused only on the six-month repair policy. Because the purchase was outside that window, I was told I would need to pay for repair and shipping. There was also no record of my earlier issue, which was frustrating given that the first faulty post led to the loss of the original earring entirely. When jewelry at this price point fails — especially twice in the same way for the same style — customers reasonably expect the brand to stand behind its craftsmanship. I hope the company will take a closer look at this issue and work toward a better resolution.

  Faith was phenomenal! I got a high lobe piercing with her, and she had really great input on placement and jewelry. The actual process was smooth and easy. She also was able to use a unique angle to maximize sparkle which I didn’t know was even a thing. I am already planning on coming back for another. Thank you Faith!

  I’ve wanted a nose piercing ever since I was a kid. From the very beginning, Faith made the experience feel exciting, comfortable, and completely stress free. She was the one who first welcomed us, walked us through the options, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. I was specifically interested in getting my nose pierced with a ring instead of the traditional stud. Faith was incredibly helpful during our initial visit, she let us try on different jewelry so we could see how everything would look, and she patiently answered all of our questions. We requested gold rings, and she went above and beyond by ordering them for the store. She kept us updated on their availability and made sure everything was ready for us. That level of communication and attention to detail really stood out. Faith happened to be out on the 14th, and since I was traveling for work, I really wanted to get my piercing done before I left. That’s when Spencer stepped in and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He thoroughly explained the difficulties of starting a nose piercing with a ring and made sure I understood the healing process and aftercare. He never rushed anything and made sure I felt completely comfortable and confident before proceeding. My friend also got her nose pierced the same day, and she had just as great of an experience. The entire process felt safe, clean, and well organized. Between Faith’s attentiveness and Spencer’s expertise, I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Both of them are incredible at what they do. If you’re considering a nose piercing especially if you’re thinking about starting with a ring, I highly recommend them. They genuinely go above and beyond to make sure you leave feeling happy, confident, and well taken care of.
