Customer service these days can be hit or miss, but Ryan's customer service was exceptional, and I was overwhelmed with appreciation and gratitude. I left the store beaming with my confidence sky-high and with $80 less in my pocket. I love being appreciated as a customer, but I also love, love, love when representatives enjoy their work.
