  I had one of the worst customer service experiences at the MAC store in Northlake Mall. I walked in simply looking for a compact in my shade and was minding my own business. I did not ask for any assistance. A very tall associate approached me on his own and insisted that I sit so he could help. I agreed, thinking I would receive proper service. Instead, I was left sitting there for nearly 20 minutes while he continued assisting every customer who walked in after me. There was absolutely no communication, no apology, and no professionalism. I was completely ignored after he was the one who involved himself in the first place. When I finally went up to ask what was happening, he was rude and dismissive, telling me to “wait” again as if my time had no value. If you are going to step in and ask a customer to sit, the least you can do is respect their time. This was arrogant, careless, and completely unacceptable behavior. I walked out frustrated, irritated, and without purchasing anything. Extremely disappointing experience.

  Tori was so unbelievably kind and helpful! She walked me through their latest launches, as well as shade matched me perfectly to a foundation. She was so patient with me. I would recommend any lover of Mac to visit this location because staff are so talented and helpful.

  Thank you to Tiffany! She matched me with a glance. I've never been satisfied with past matches and i'm finally happy with this one. She even gave suggestions on how to hide some pigmentation I have always been self conscious about. Will be coming back to this MAC!

  Eddie greeted me upon arrival and was very helpful with helping me refill my makeup collection. Staff were friendly and the store was clean. I would return to shop at this MAC.

  I came in with a friend cause she needed to buy something. The minute we walked in, the store was super busy but we were immediately acknowledged with joy & kindess. Just wanted to recognize the three employees working on Sunday 08.31.25. They worked with such sense of urgency & was so friendly to everyone. So rare to find this kind of great service now a days.
