We're proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. From the iconic bath bomb to body butters, vegan haircare, fresh face masks, and more—Lush is your one stop shop for ethical, fun, and fabulous products. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

From the moment I walked in, Soha (hope I am spelling it write) was incredibly helpful. It was my first time visiting, and she was so patient in helping me pick out fragrances I would love. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made me and my family feel truly welcomed. My sister also participated in the bath bomb making class, and the employee dressed in the Fred outfit from Scooby-Doo (it was Halloween!) was so kind and helpful with her. She had a great time thanks to him. When I went to check out, the cashier, a very sweet lady who mentioned she was engaged at the time was also wonderful. She was warm, cheerful, and ended our visit on such a positive note. I feel bad that I don’t remember everyone’s names, but I want the whole team to know how grateful I am. This location has an amazing staff, and every single person we interacted with made our experience special. Thank you all. Y’all truly deserve the recognition! 🌟
