We're proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. From the iconic bath bomb to body butters, vegan haircare, fresh face masks, and more—Lush is your one stop shop for ethical, fun, and fabulous products. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

- KMKiara MoralesJan 4, 20265.0I love every lush location I have gone to but this one in particular is fabulous not only were the workers incredibly helpful and friendly they created such a wonderful and comfortable shopping atmosphere.They guided me through all the viral products I have been interested in and gave me so much helpful advice.Tessa was amazing so sweet and respectful and was a ton of help pulling samples showing me fragrances and sets and guiding me through the store it is workers like in this location that make the shopping experience truly special the staff and management are super knowledgeable and friendly. They know what they are doing here I hope to come back soon!!!

Apparently he was using a bubble bar. Alejandro gave me a walk through of what Lush is and what Lush stands for , gave me his personal favorite recommendations, and played with my children while I was shopping. I don’t know why but it just felt really safe to leave them with him( not saying employees are babysitters, but he was happy to do so). I then got helped by this nice girl Jacy and she matched the products I needed so well, I’m saying that because I’ve been using said products for 5 days now and it’s everything I needed for my skin. Overall I had a great experience. Alejandro and Jacy are such sweethearts and they made me feel so welcomed. It was almost like a “hi welcome back friend” even though I’ve never been inside. He greeted me so kindly as I passed by the store, and my attention was immediately caught by a bubble mountain he had built. Kids were already playing with it, and he invited me to join in (yes, even as an adult) without a hint of judgement. He gave me a full walkthrough of the store, made thoughtful recommendations, and made me feel completely taken care of. I fell in love with the Sticky Dates scent, bought a gift set, Super Milk for my hair, and left smelling incredible. Plus he sent me home with samples I can’t wait to try. I can’t say enough good things. He was a delight and truly embodies what great customer service should feel like. Will be coming back to see him!
