Those people must have had a bad day and took it out on Darlene? Darlene is an AH-mazing stylist, and a super person! Not everyone is going to be happy, with their cut, and the negative reviews are their opinion. It saddens me that those comments are hurtful, and not fair. You can give a negative review without being rude or negative. As many haircuts that Darlene does, someone is bound to not be happy. Too many unhappy people, and they take it out on others. People must also understand that the stylists are not miracle workers, even though they try the best to be!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
