The stylist was unable to understand a very simple haircut request. We politely and clearly explained that we wanted a middle-part hairstyle with some layers—not a short haircut—and that both sides should be even. Despite explaining multiple times, she still did not understand what we were asking for. Because of this, we chose to leave without getting a haircut. Very disappointing experience overall.
