  Diptique in Northpark is so down graded with services and packages to be honest. I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for many years but looks like they don’t care about this location much recently!

  Even though I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted, Keshia elevated the entire experience. She has such a natural warmth and quiet professionalism that makes you feel genuinely welcomed. Everything felt seamless and thoughtful, and her presence added to the overall elegance of the visit. It’s rare to encounter someone who carries themselves with that level of grace while still being so personable. A truly lovely experience, Diptyque is fortunate to have her. I left not just with my purchase, but with a genuinely memorable impression.

  I love Dyptique products! Especially their perfumes, lotions and candles. The Dallas store is the best! They take care of their clients and very well versed with their products! Sanj, the store manager took good care of us. She’s very attentive and suggested scents that we would like. Thanks Sanj!

  If you want your shopping experience to be with a lot prejudice come shop here. One worker was kind and helpful. The others lied about not having samples and were rude. The kind one showed the samples I needed. The rude workers (INCLUDING THE MANAGER), gave inconsistent answers AND they treated other customers differently. They were more attentive and courteous depending on the type of person that walked in. Look at all the other reviews and take your business elsewhere.
