Just left from our first time there the person helping us was named Christian, they were SUCH great help they helped us find our new favorite fragrances. I can not tell you enough if you want great customer service and to walk out feeling and smelling the best ever you HAVE to go here at least once in your life and when you do go, make sure you ask for Christian

Christian was absolutely fantastic help. Girlfriend came to verify a scent she thought she liked, and we left BOTH eager to come back to purchase a fragrance. I loved Eleventh Hour. Definitely will be back to buy a bottle of that!

Hands down the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. The store manager at Northpark was kind but no critical thinking skills at all. The blonde associate only wanted to talk about her feelings and how she didnt like that I was upset with her lack of effort. I ordered the discovery set and was sent the wrong item. I emailed them over and over with no response. I left messages for customer service with no response. I finally received a response that asked me to go into the store for a resolution so I go into the store and they could offer me no insight/no resolution/nothing I asked her to escalate the situation to her manager and she just kept saying it was out of her hands. I asked her who she would call if there was a fire and the store burned down and she said 911. Pretty cheeky response to someone upset over an incorrect order. I then asked her who she would call after that and she just stared at me. Deer in the headlights. Would not help in any way. Then the blonde associate told me to just order it again and ask for overnight shipping which is $40. I asked if they would give me a promo code to comp the shipping and they said they don’t offer promo codes. I showed them on the website where they have a box to enter a promo code and she said she didn’t know why that was there. Trust me, nothing is worth all of the trouble you will encounter with this team. I am sure they are nice people but they need more training to be on the floor by themselves. Worst experience for an elevated brand.

One trillion stars for this perfumery. A legitimately luxury shopping experience with zero sales pressure and zero pretense. Christian & Angel were both knowledgeable about notes, passionate about their industry, and talented at connecting a “memory” to each scent. I eventually settled on a full size of Animalique that Christian explained smells different on everyone since it’s intended to elevate one’s own pheromones and omg she had me smelling like a baddie walking to my car!!!! Even the staff at the Virgin Hotel asked what scent I was wearing. Angel was also super personable (FYI they are extremely knowledgeable about astrology and natal charts if you’re into chatting about that sort of thing). Just a beautiful place to stop and smell some beautiful scents with some beautiful, authentic people. Thank you again to Christian, Angel & Scarlet!
