  I visited the Diptyque store hoping to find a new scent and was prepared to purchase a full collection once I made my selection. Unfortunately, my experience in-store was disappointing. From the start, the associate assisting me (black woman with short hair) seemed uninterested and visibly frustrated by my questions. When one of the items I wanted was out of stock, no effort was made to offer alternatives or help me order it online—something I would have appreciated, especially at a luxury retailer. Due to the lack of service, I chose to leave and made my purchase at Nordstrom instead, where the staff were significantly more helpful and proactive. They even assisted me in locating the unavailable item online. Notably, another couple I had seen in the Diptyque store ended up at Nordstrom as well after a similar experience. Customer service is a key part of the luxury experience, and there are many options for purchasing fragrance today. I hope additional training is provided to ensure a more welcoming and attentive in-store experience moving forward.

  Diptique in Northpark is so down graded with services and packages to be honest. I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for many years but looks like they don’t care about this location much recently!

  Even though I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted, Keshia elevated the entire experience. She has such a natural warmth and quiet professionalism that makes you feel genuinely welcomed. Everything felt seamless and thoughtful, and her presence added to the overall elegance of the visit. It’s rare to encounter someone who carries themselves with that level of grace while still being so personable. A truly lovely experience, Diptyque is fortunate to have her. I left not just with my purchase, but with a genuinely memorable impression.

  I love Dyptique products! Especially their perfumes, lotions and candles. The Dallas store is the best! They take care of their clients and very well versed with their products! Sanj, the store manager took good care of us. She’s very attentive and suggested scents that we would like. Thanks Sanj!
