  This Sephora location never fails to disappoint me . The wait times are ridiculous for check out . They now have a sign at the cash wrap that states you can check out with any associate on their mobile devices however none of the associates are available when they are all assisting customers already. Also why dont associates ever want to scan the beauty insider barcode on the app . ITS THERE TO BE USED . I shouldn’t have to type in my phone number everytime when im already showing you the barcode . That’s pointless.

  I’ve had 2 encounters with this lady, and both have been bad. She is a tall, blonde, white lady with glasses. The first time, she was checking me out at the register, and she was very rude. I let it go; you know I was giving her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she was having a bad day and was tired, whatever. Then, come to find out she is the manager. I was just asking a question, and the employee needed help, so she called over her manager for confirmation. From the moment she approached us, it was so rude. She seems to be the type of person who thinks just because they are the manager, they can’t be touched, so they are rude to their employees and customers. They think they are on a high pedestal. I have no clue how she even got this position. She has very bad customer service skills. Someone needs to talk to her, or she needs to get replaced. Very disappointing and upsetting. First time, okay, let it go; don’t define someone by one experience, but twice?! Yeah, no, that’s just her.

  Extremely disappointed with how this store handled a simple return. My mom returned a perfume last Wednesday and was never given a receipt or confirmation. After waiting 5 business days with no refund, we called the store. It took them 3 days to “investigate,” and we were given no clear answer and no resolution. We are now missing both the item and the refund. This feels very unprofessional and poorly handled. Customers should not have to chase down their own refunds. Management needs to address this immediately and ensure staff are properly trained on processing returns.
