  My wife and I both received matching $9.99 haircut coupons from this salon (regular price is $21), so we decided to use them. When we checked in and showed both emails, the staff refused to honor both discounts and only applied one. This isn’t a one‑off issue—on a previous visit they refused a valid coupon simply because I showed it after the haircut, even though it was still during the same appointment and before I paid. We’ve been coming to this location for over ten years and have seen multiple owners and managers rotate through, but the same problem keeps happening: they do not consistently honor their own promotions. The way these coupons are handled feels misleading and leaves customers feeling tricked. If you rely on advertised prices or promotional emails, be aware that this location has a pattern of not honoring them. There are plenty of other salons that don’t play games with their pricing.

  Had a pleasant experience with Tammy. Fade came out as asked not higher than wanted or lower. Trim on top was enough to grow into without being too much.

  Clean salon and friendly staff. I was greeted immediately and checked in fast. My stylist was Jana. I am not good at explaining what I want so I showed her a picture and she nailed it. She recommended that I try a product and asked if she could use it before just placing it in my hair and took the time to explain how to use it, this was over the weekend, I have used the product for a few days now and love it. She was very professional and knew what she was doing, I will be back and recommend this salon to my friends and family.

  This salon does know basic business etiquette and customer service at all. I would give this place a 0 star rating. Checked online and reached there prior to the 15 min text message reminder still to find dropped from queue. Checked in again and was put way down the list…. Patiently waited for over an hour when we were 5 online with no other person before me in the salon. Technically it was my turn but a father who just had his son (who was in line before me) got his haircut done, father though he could get his done too without being in the queue and the hairstylist immediately took him to the chair. How is that fair, what about the 1 hour plus I. Waited there patiently for my turn. Incompetent and terrible customer service. They need to be trained for on how to do business which serves customers …. Unbelievable
