  I went in Saturday for a haircut, the woman Delmy who attended to me tried to upsell me telling me that my type of haircut required a shampoo. That it wouldn’t be possible to trim it without it. I asked her if she couldn’t just soak it with her bottle ? She shrugged and went in to barely mist my long hair with her bottle while coming through my hair which caused her to pull at my hair painfully. I went in with long hair almost down to my waist. She was supposed to give me a long layered bob. Let me point out I was a hairstylist for 8 years before I went on to open my own business. She didn’t soak my hair, she didn’t section it or clip it. You can’t give an even haircut if the hair isn’t evenly soaked through. She didn’t start at the back she started on my side and worked her way around that point. She had barely trimmed my length up just my shoulders when she handed me the mirror and said she was done not even 5 minutes into it. I asked her if she wasn’t going to add layers since I had shown her a picture of a long layered bob .. she said oh you wanted layers? in an annoyed tone. She proceeded to cut my layers with half misted hair that was tangling every time she picked a section. When she was finished she gave me the mirror I asked her if the back was uneven on one side because I could see a dip in the length of the hair but due to it being barely misted it was hard to tell. It looked like a tangled mess. She said no it’s not! It’s even! She couldn’t care less at that point I just wanted to leave and get it fixed elsewhere worst service ever. My hair is uneven and nothing like what I asked for.

  I needed to get a simple haircut. A zero blade all over and a bears trim. There was an older Asian lady there that helped me. She was really kind but the haircut was not good. She left half the hair on my head and I was told that she did not have sharp enough clippers. I asked her if she had a shaver, and I was told they are not allowed to use these. I’ve come here a few times over the years when I was in an emergency haircut situation. The service has went down due to high turnover. I wish Angie would have been there the day I stopped in. In my opinion, gentleman if you need a bald haircut, you would get a better cut if you did it yourself of went to Floyds 99 barbershop. Not to mention, I was told by two barbers in there that they were really beauticians and preferred to do women cuts. I will not be coming back. I plan to write corporate about my experience and tell people I know of all races to avoid this establishment.

  Went in for a trim and Tiffany was amazing. She did a great job on my hair and was so nice. She recommended some great products for me to use. Can’t wait to come back for my next trim.
