I truly appreciated her honesty and thoughtful guidance — she made the process feel comfortable and stress-free. Arie was just as amazing. Her knowledge of skincare and ability to assess my specific skin needs were completely on point. I’m currently using a new treatment that has caused my skin to rapidly turn over cells, leaving it red, flaky, and oily all at once — not an easy situation. She was incredibly patient, listened carefully, and offered expert recommendations that felt both thoughtful and spot-on. On the same note - Bella with Patrick Ta, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with this product line - she helped me pick out beautiful bronzers and gave me a sample of the foundation. She was so patient and very friendly! I came in needing a lot of help, and both Kelsie and Arie went above and beyond. Their kindness, expertise, and genuine care made all the difference. This is exactly the kind of service that keeps me coming back to Sephora.

Cramped, smells like obnoxious perfume and so dumb how theres not a separate returns/pick up line to speed these needs. What I expect SHOULD take less than 10minutes- but NO, still have to wait behind 10+ people with only 2 cashiers but 4-6 people on the floor? There isn’t even a curbside pick up- DO BETTER SEPHORA!
