  I’ve had 2 encounters with this lady, and both have been bad. She is a tall, blonde, white lady with glasses. The first time, she was checking me out at the register, and she was very rude. I let it go; you know I was giving her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she was having a bad day and was tired, whatever. Then, come to find out she is the manager. I was just asking a question, and the employee needed help, so she called over her manager for confirmation. From the moment she approached us, it was so rude. She seems to be the type of person who thinks just because they are the manager, they can’t be touched, so they are rude to their employees and customers. They think they are on a high pedestal. I have no clue how she even got this position. She has very bad customer service skills. Someone needs to talk to her, or she needs to get replaced. Very disappointing and upsetting. First time, okay, let it go; don’t define someone by one experience, but twice?! Yeah, no, that’s just her.

  Extremely disappointed with how this store handled a simple return. My mom returned a perfume last Wednesday and was never given a receipt or confirmation. After waiting 5 business days with no refund, we called the store. It took them 3 days to “investigate,” and we were given no clear answer and no resolution. We are now missing both the item and the refund. This feels very unprofessional and poorly handled. Customers should not have to chase down their own refunds. Management needs to address this immediately and ensure staff are properly trained on processing returns.

  NEVER try testers in this Sephora. They have expired products. My sister got in very bad skin reaction for one of their product. In fact we told them before trying that her skin is sensitive so we have to try 1st then we can buy. Instead just little rash she dealt with whole face irritation and that’s for a whole week. Stay alert. Check product expiry before testing.

  I had an incredible experience at Sephora thanks to Kelsie and Arie. Kelsie was exceptionally patient and kind while helping me with color matching. I truly appreciated her honesty and thoughtful guidance — she made the process feel comfortable and stress-free. Arie was just as amazing. Her knowledge of skincare and ability to assess my specific skin needs were completely on point. I’m currently using a new treatment that has caused my skin to rapidly turn over cells, leaving it red, flaky, and oily all at once — not an easy situation. She was incredibly patient, listened carefully, and offered expert recommendations that felt both thoughtful and spot-on. On the same note - Bella with Patrick Ta, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with this product line - she helped me pick out beautiful bronzers and gave me a sample of the foundation. She was so patient and very friendly! I came in needing a lot of help, and both Kelsie and Arie went above and beyond. Their kindness, expertise, and genuine care made all the difference. This is exactly the kind of service that keeps me coming back to Sephora.
