  OMG!!!!!!! Amazing is an understatement. Alex me me at the front with exceptional customer service and Faith was a fantastic nurse walking me through a wellness plan just for me! I feel great after receiving my IV. And let’s not mention the massage chair experience definitely a 10/10!

  Loved the entire experience. I was recovering from being sick and thought this would help, my color & energy are back and i feel renewed from just one session. Staff is super friendly and informative. The place & process itself was v clean and organized. Heather was super helpful and supportive, she explained everything so well even with all of my questions!

  This was my first time here at this location. Alex and Faith were amazing. The team were very professional and knowledgeable of the services. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. I would recommend this location to anyone to visit and join the membership.

  It was beyond what I expected. Faith was very professional and also empathetic to my chronic illness with migraines. The massaging chairs were amazing. This was by far the best IV place I have ever been to I left feeling 90% better than I walked in. I highly recommend the cypress location! Everyone from the moment I arrived was so nice and made me feel at ease.

  I had such a great experience at IV Prime Hydration! I went in for the Gladiator IV along with the NDA+ and Vitamin D, and everything from start to finish was amazing. The massage chairs made the whole experience super relaxing (honestly didn’t want to leave 😅). Faith took such great care of me — she was knowledgeable, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. Alex at the front desk was also incredible — welcoming, friendly, and made the check-in process so easy. If you’re looking for a place to recharge, recover, or just treat yourself, I definitely recommend IV Prime Hydration. I’ll absolutely be back
