I am not good at explaining what I want so I showed her a picture and she nailed it. She recommended that I try a product and asked if she could use it before just placing it in my hair and took the time to explain how to use it, this was over the weekend, I have used the product for a few days now and love it. She was very professional and knew what she was doing, I will be back and recommend this salon to my friends and family.

Checked online and reached there prior to the 15 min text message reminder still to find dropped from queue. Checked in again and was put way down the list…. Patiently waited for over an hour when we were 5 online with no other person before me in the salon. Technically it was my turn but a father who just had his son (who was in line before me) got his haircut done, father though he could get his done too without being in the queue and the hairstylist immediately took him to the chair. How is that fair, what about the 1 hour plus I. Waited there patiently for my turn. Incompetent and terrible customer service. They need to be trained for on how to do business which serves customers …. Unbelievable

The haircut was rushed and not done properly, with uneven results and little attention to detail. There was minimal communication throughout the service, and I felt uncomfortable the entire time. Say NO to THI MINH, avoiding choosing her. The service did not meet basic professional standards, and I left unhappy with the result. I am not sure if she is even licensed. I would not return or recommend this place.
