- NNNavNov 11, 20251.0I went in for a simple trim with my hair already washed and dried with no product in. Two minutes into the haircut and I could tell that the hairdresser did not know what she was doing. I have healthy, virgin, curly hair and she was using a hairbrush on dry hair. She was yanking on my hair and I could hear breakage. I politely asked her to add some water and leave in to switch to a wide tooth comb which is how most salons cut curly hair. She seemed confused and annoyed and continued to pull on my hair. One of the worst haircuts I’ve ever gotten - please avoid if you have curly hair
