Laurisa cut my hair, and she was patient, professional, and very attentive to the style I wanted. She made me feel relaxed and confident, and I truly love how my haircut turned out. She took her time and made sure everything was just right. Jimmy cut my daughter Jeremia’s hair, and he was incredibly kind and gentle. My daughter has special needs, and Jimmy handled her with such calmness and respect. That means more to me than I can say. He made the experience smooth and comfortable for her. Both stylists were friendly, skilled, and compassionate. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Laurisa and Jimmy, for your kindness and professionalism!

Lee could not even blow dry my mom’s hair right had to call in another stylist to help. When asked for it to be curled they did not have a small curling iron to do it. My mom’s hair was horrific and they still charged her $54 even after I said we were not happy. I had to take her somewhere else to fix it. I am planning on disputing charge and have sent email to customer service. Beware!!

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
