  Worst location. Staff is so rude and unprofessional. Every time I visit Im reminded why I don’t ever come to this location. Much better experience and staff at the location that is located in Moore Plaza.

  When I shopped for Christmas presents this past Christmas the sweetest employee helped me and I spent over 400$. Great experience that evening. I had also shopped for a new hair care line “wow” and after using it for more or less than a week I had significant hair loss. Not blaming the brand this has happened in the past when I switched brands. The reason for one star is because when returning the hair products I explained to why and it seemed none of the 5 employees listened nor cared why they just kept checking how much I used of a bottle of scalp oils I used twice btw. I felt very uncomfortable they literally had everyone in the store checking and rechecking and told me they couldn’t accept it or the shampoo. So I asked for the manager (who they kept running over and asking if I could return the item) so I assumed she already looked at it, yet she looks at it like this is some huge scandal or something. I said again I used it twice I have sores on my head from it. Once again I was completely ignored and told “it’s policy” to which I asked what is your policy for products causing hair loss guess what she talked over me and said something totally out of context not answering my question. I will NEVER shop her again. Sephora at Moore’s Plaza is the best and have always been professional, kind and understanding. And they actually LISTEN. Lesson learned. Someone needs to reevaluate the employees at the kohls Sephora.

  The gentleman that works there is great! Another girl (shorter, glasses, curly hair) did a face scan on me and sold me on a few products, the service was great!

  I went in , was not greeted. Had to ask a lady for help , and she kept walking off . I needed to color match a foundation , nothing was stocked. Then I’m guessing the manager came and somewhat raised her voice, stating I couldn’t test a foundation unless it was a tester! Being a manager, you should practice ,,, taking inventory correctly. Also if you’re not a happy person with your job consider , a better one. Not everyone deserves your negativity. Will not return !!!

  Ok so Mrs Kimberly helped me I was looking for something for my lips and asked whats my options were and she showed me 4 different looks..I felt like I really learned something from her she took her time with me. Super nice and super helpful!!! This is my local sephora and I always have a good experience I must say.
