  I’ve always believed you get what you pay for with haircuts, but Joanne Evada at the JCPenney Salon proved me wrong. This is honestly the best haircut I’ve ever had, and only $45. Joanne did an amazing job, and her 25 years of experience truly show. I’ll definitely be going back to her from now on—highly recommend!

  Had a terrible experience i wanted a specific hair goal even showed her a picture she didn't even go through the process with me just didn't ask me anything I had to ask her with is crazy shes a hairstyle when brushing out my hair my hair started to fall out i told her all the stuff I already done to my hair so you would think she knows what To do she made my hair fall out she walked off and she had another lady come and cut my hair something I didn't ask for beacuse my hair was falling off and for her to tell me she just graduated school was insane and told me it wasn't her fault it wasn't at the same time beacuse if she hasn't had experience enough with clients with my hair why wasn't she assisted ???? Next time don't give clients to stylist that JUST graduated with more experience stuff 😒 🙄 hair is a Disaster for anyone else the new grad has purple hair

  Excellent experience. Diane, a Senior Stylist is amazing !! 5 stars. I was extremely unhappy with my last color job, which was expensive and horrible. She listened to my concerns and did exactly as I want. I love my new blonde hair. I will add that my hair was dark going light. Will return for sure.
