I told the lady to only take 1 inch- no more 1.5 inches off from my hair and I wanted long layers and a trim from my bangs and face framing. My hair is curly. By the time she was done my hair was to my shoulders, that's way more than what I had asked to be cut. Never once did she ever raise the chair to where it was at eye level for her and stayed on the floor. I'm never coming back to this location after this haircut. She did the same thing with my son's haircut too. I told her to do a 2 on the sides and do a blend with the top and not to touch the top because he's trying to grow it out. She ended up cutting the top. Once again when he was in her seat she never raised the seat at eye level with him either. Great Clips where do you find your people when it comes to the hiring process, I'm curious? My mom was doing men/women's hair for 60 years before she passed away. She had her own business and she did hair very well. I would watch her on a daily do hair. Every time I go into one of your salons I tend to give your business the benefit of the doubt that maybe you'll hire better people to do hair but nope. Every time I take my son here they always do my son's hair cut wrong after showing them a pic or even telling them how to do it. If your workers aren't going to listen to their customers on how they want their hair then how do you expect for them to leave that chair satisfied/happy. I was very unsatisfied and upset about my hair cut.
