I asked for a certain haircut for my boys, I wanted them faded and short because I’m tired of having their hair grow back too fast. One lady was ok and just did, the black lady however was saying crap under her breath about it and then talking to another co worker about it. Now thankfully I’m a changed person with my boys cause before I wouldn’t have let that slide. But that was very rude and unprofessional on their part. Will not be going back.

Guy in chair left and I waited to be sat, only to have someone else arrive and be sat before me. I was told that he "checked in" before me, so he comes first. I asked about other stylist working and was told that there were 2 other stylist in house, but both were "on break ", at 10: 45 AM, and no manager was in or expected in today. Worst possible customer service EVER. I left.
