One of the hair salon specialist (blond, 60 yoa, slender), treated my spouse poorly. Instead of explaining that she was not registered at this location she blew her off attended another customer and would not talk to my spouse. THAT IS CRAPY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! She acted like my spouse was not there. She looked at my spouse did not say a word, grabbed her belongings and left. It was not until the other specialist came and asked her name and explained the error. The second person did a wonderful job. IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB STAY AT HOME. No one wants to be treated like dirt when we are paying customers. Been going here for 3 years now and I will look for another location.

When I got home to style it I realized my "face frames" were longer than the rest of my hair and the angle cut into the strands were maybe 2 inches at best. My hair goes down to the middle of my back... I also realized there was a lot of split ends left. He also didn't bother to make sure my hair was split down the middle before cutting the bangs. I just said it looked good when he finished and left because I didn't trust him to go any further. The guy wasn't even in an apron so I'm confused if he even worked there or had a certificate. He didn't seem like he knew anything more than how to cut straight.
