I showed a drawing to her of the back of my hair of what I felt I had and showed her a couple photos of what I wanted - Basically layers that blend the top into the bottom. She saw right away what she would have to do to fix what I wanted and showed me in the mirror. I also asked for a style as I was headed to work after and although I believe the price is too high, she was up front about what it would cost so there were no surprises upon leaving. My time with her was so calm and relaxing that I could have fallen asleep! She did a great job on the cut and the style! She was very complimentary of my hair and made me smile! I will return specifically to Hilda as I feel she knows the cut I like.

She takes her time to make sure every detail is perfect, and you can tell she truly cares about her craft. On top of her skill, she’s one of the kindest and most genuine people you’ll ever meet—it makes the whole experience feel welcoming and comfortable. As long as Hilda is working here, I’ll keep coming back!! 100% Recommend. (I normally don’t do reviews, however customer service like this deserves it)
