  Service pretty good, just one bad experience. TLDR: Appointment was at 2, as soon as I got there I get a text saying appointment is now 2:30 so I go whatever I'll wait until 2:30. It's now 2:35 and no one is there still so I just leave, wish they could've messaged earlier saying they wouldn't be there

  I had a great experience at Mia Salon. My first visit was for a head and neck massage, and Anju did an excellent job. She applied the perfect pressure, addressing my concerns while also helping me relax. Mia herself is very friendly and welcoming. Later, I returned for a hair color treatment, and Kim did an amazing job. Her hands are truly blessed, she is gentle and patient with her work. She is a perfectionist!

  I have done my deep hair nourishment with them first time. They are really very sweet to take care of their customers. And my hair styling was done by Ashanti. She is so professional and make sure I am comfortable all the time. Big hats off too @Mia to take care of everything and make sure abt customers satisfaction. And the final look of mine is awesome and my hair became very smooth and silky. Thanks to @everyone.

  I chose Mia’s Salon because of its proximity to my daughter’s wedding venue, and I am so glad I did. I had scheduled a facial and hair for Friday, and an updo for Saturday. Just before my Friday appointment, the esthetician was unfortunately in a car accident. Mia, the owner, personally called me to explain the situation and let me know she didn’t feel comfortable having the esthetician work while shaken up. She immediately stepped in and provided my facial herself—completely free of charge. That level of care and professionalism really stood out to me. For my hair on Friday day, two stylists worked together on a half-up style for the reception, and they did a lovely job. When I checked out, I was mistakenly charged for the facial, but Mia quickly caught the error and texted me to apologize. She not only corrected it, but generously made my updo the next day complimentary and even offered my husband a free mini facial and haircut. (They also kindly fed him lunch while he waited—such an unexpected and thoughtful touch!) On Saturday, my updo turned out absolutely beautiful. What impressed me most was that my stylist had taken the time to go home after seeing me the day before and research styles that would work best for my hair. That level of dedication is rare. The result was stunning—my daughter told me I looked the most beautiful she had ever seen me at her wedding, and Mia’s Salon played a big part in that. They also went above and beyond by offering me a ride back to the venue if I needed it. The entire team was professional, attentive, and incredibly conscientious. If I lived in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, this would absolutely be my permanent salon. I highly recommend Mia’s Salon to anyone looking for exceptional service and people who truly care about their clients.
