- HBHannah BentleyNov 3, 20251.0Super frustrated with this location. I live out of state and was sending my sister in for some product to pick up. It said they were open on Saturday and they in fact were not. She drove all the way there with a full car of kids. So I sent her in today, and they said she couldn’t use my account because I don’t even have an account? I’ve been a stylist for 10 years and have never needed to have a specific account created at individual locations. I called them and they said I need to come in person with my ID to be able to create an account with them. I’ve always been able to send family to pick up orders for me. As long as they can call me and get approval or even show an approval text. They also said to her that they can’t have people “off the streets” come in and shop. Super rude. I’ve shopped at a TON of different salon centrics and multiple in other states and I’ve never run into an issue with people using my account or let alone not even “having an account?” Super rude employees.
