  I love Ms. Luz she is awesome. I have gone to her a few times and each time she has done exactly what I asked for. Today I got color for the first time in a long time and nailed it. The color turned out beautifully. She even had time to cut my husbands hair and did a great job.

  Luz is fantastic. She gave me exactly what I was picturing for my haircut she also did great at color matching while still allowing me to be in control of my hair. She is very kind and efficient as well. Luz walked all the way to the front of the store with me to get my recommended product instead of pushing the closet thing onto me. If you are looking for a change before the New Year I recommend her!

  We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Gabby at the JCPenney Salon in Conroe! From the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcome and comfortable. She took the time to listen to exactly what my wife wanted for her hair color and gave great recommendations based on her professional knowledge and experience. The results were stunning — the color came out beautifully and looked so natural and vibrant. Gabby also gave our daughter a haircut, and she was so sweet and patient with her the entire time. You can tell Gabby truly loves what she does and cares about creating a positive experience for every client who sits in her chair. She has such a warm personality and made the entire visit enjoyable for both of them. The atmosphere she created was calm, friendly, and professional — it honestly felt like we were visiting a friend who happens to be amazing at doing hair! We couldn’t be happier with the results and the overall experience. If you’re looking for someone who’s talented, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about making you look and feel your best, Gabby is the one to see! Highly recommend her and the JCPenney Salon in Conroe.

  I must praise Ms. Luz here for her skill and ability that she created the look on me. Upon our meeting, we first talked about what I would like to have, the length, shape and the style of my hair. Then she added her professional view, and suggestions on the style that should fit best to the shape of my face and the color of my hair. Finally, she worked on my hair that I was so happy with the result. She is a real "gem.” I got the first compliment from my husband as soon as I stepped out; he said that I looked 10 years younger with this style. Additionally, the salon was clean and beautifully set. Thanks Ms. Luz, I will see you again for sure, as well I will give my recommendations whoever looks a stylist.

  Jacquie Keathley in the InStyle Salon gives the absolute best service! She is very talented...she has cut and styled my hair numerous times. She never disappoints! 💇🏼‍♀️
