The back of my hair looks flat and choppy even though it was supposedly tapered. Cant pull the front of my hair into a pony tail without two massive chunks of hair falling out framing my face FLAT as could be. No shaping whatsoever. Can’t believe I tipped. The woman was nice maybe just didn’t know how to cut curly hair without making people blocky. Don’t go here if you want a proper hair cut. Have no idea why I did.
