This has been one of the most frustrating and unacceptable experiences I’ve ever had with a medical spa.
First, their scheduling system is absolutely horrible. Appointments are constantly difficult to book, poorly managed, and unreliable. I experienced repeated issues trying to schedule sessions, lack of availability, and zero respect for clients’ time. What should be a smooth, professional process felt chaotic and careless.
Because of this ongoing scheduling nightmare, I made the clear decision to cancel my membership. I followed the proper steps and was under the impression that the matter was fully resolved.
Now here is where things go from bad to completely unacceptable.
Over 12 months after canceling my membership, I discovered that my account was charged THREE separate times, with no notice, no authorization, no communication whatsoever. This is beyond unprofessional — it is alarming. No emails, no calls, no explanation. Just charges taken from my account long after the relationship with this business had ended.
This raises serious concerns about how this business handles billing, memberships, and client accounts. A medical spa should be held to a much higher standard of professionalism, transparency, and ethics — and this place failed on every level.
I would strongly caution anyone considering a membership here to think twice, carefully monitor your bank statements, and get everything in writing. What I experienced shows a complete lack of accountability and respect for clients.
Extremely disappointed, and I will never return.
UPDATE:
After my original review, I went back through my bank statements and was shocked to discover that this business had continued charging my account from February/March of last year all the way through February of this year, long after I had canceled my membership. In total, there were 12 unauthorized transactions.
Because of this, I had to contact my bank, cancel my card, open disputes, and submit documentation proving that these charges were not authorized.
Eventually, I was contacted by one of their upper managers, Liz, who acknowledged that I had indeed requested to cancel my membership. She told me she reviewed the recorded phone calls and confirmed that their representative had informed me that my account was canceled. She even stated that what happened in my case was “not the way they do business.”
Liz assured me that they would resolve the issue and process refunds. However, out of the 12 unauthorized charges, they only processed 7 refunds.
What is even more disappointing is that since that conversation, Liz has stopped responding to my emails and has not returned my phone calls, despite acknowledging the mistake and promising to resolve it.
At this point, the issue remains partially unresolved, and the entire experience has been extremely frustrating and concerning. Based on what I have experienced, I cannot recommend this place.
I want to provide a FINAL and FAIR update to my experience.
Liz, the upper manager, continued to follow up on my case and ultimately was able to process the remaining refunds. I truly appreciate the time and effort she put into resolving this situation.
While my experience overall was extremely frustrating and concerning, I also believe it’s important to acknowledge when someone takes responsibility and works to make things right. Mistakes can happen, but the way they are handled matters—and Liz made a genuine effort to correct the issue.
