- KKKoMar 15, 20261.0My friends and I felt very unwelcome and monitored in the store as within 5 minutes of being inside we were constantly being asked by the sephora associates if we needed help despite us (pleasantly) responding and saying that we did not and that we were okay. We felt like we were being watched, followed, and pestered due to our appearance as we observed that other customers were not being bothered and followed around as much. The manager even felt the need to pull us aside to check us out. Overall the experience was very off putting and I am (even more than I already was) hesitant to return to sephora in general but I definitely will not be spending my money at this particular location. If I could leave 0 stars I would :)

What I didn’t realize upon arriving to pick up was their curbside hours were unavailable on weekends and I had a sleeping baby in the car 😬 the manager & staff were kind enough to make an exception this once and still brought my items out to my car. Thanks so much for making this working moms life less stressful!!

She also speaks Spanish (bilingual), which is a huge plus. She was incredibly kind and helped us find everything we were looking for, while making it a pleasant experience. This location is lucky to have her. Many blessings!
