I really have to brag on my stylist Sharaz( I might have spelled her name wrong) She was ABSOLUTELY amazing!! She worked hard and had patience. She was able to transform my hair into something amazing 🤩 I LOVE my hair!! She really made my experience wonderful and I will most definitely be returning to see her. My hair hasnt looked this good in years!!! It was an excellent experience for me!

On top of that I waited in the lobby area for 10 minutes and no one said anything to me after checking in. They told me it would be a couple more minutes after 15 minutes, which then turned into 30 minutes, I left. One thing I can not stand is for appointment times to overlap or not be acknowledged!! Do better.
