  Made an appointment for a silk press and had my split ends cut. Was charged 75 for the silk press ( though she couldn’t get my hair straight) and paid 30 for the trimming of my split ends which took less than 2 mins. I will never visit this salon again!

  I hope this Salon has improved. Back in 2013, the young girl that did a foil weave with bleach ruined my long hair. She "fried" it according to my hairdresser in another State. It came out bright ORANGE. She was in a hurry to go out, it was late Saturday afternoon/early evening. I had to go back and have it fixed by a Senior Hairdresser. Those are before and after pics. I went in for highlights and came out Blonde!

  I came in in a rush one day. I'm not sure how she did it, but I received the best work up! She fit me right in, cut, colored, highlighted, washed, and styled my hair. I couldn't be happier with my hair or the person who did. I'll definitely be back!! ...I went back again today and Laura worked on my hair. I can't express how happy I am with it. She is amazing and loves what she does and it shows in her work and attitude. She's so kind and truly enjoyed visiting with her while there. Definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a color specialist or stylist.

  The trip was sudden, and many detours were made due to my lack of planning/patience. I intended to visit the Regis salon located inside the mall (which I didn't realize until our arrival) because they claimed to remain open until 9 pm (it was approx. 730 pm.) Of course, once I found my destination, I found it to be dark and deserted. I decided to try one more place before I gave up, so while making our way towards the exit I found that JC Penney also has a salon and they were not closed! The young lady was alone and with a client upon my arrival but once she saw me, she came right over. I was asked to wait about 20 or so minutes which was no problem, and my cut took another 20 minutes give or take. The young lady working the salon was more than helpful and really saved what I thought was almost a wasted trip. She worked efficiently, thoroughly, and she was friendly.. She did a great job on my hair, so my daughter insists we pay her a visit over the coming weekend. If my memory serves me correctly, the young ladies name is Natily.. She was wonderful and she really saved my night.
