The 1st one spoke soooo fast we simply couldn't understand what she said, we asked her to repeat herself, it was even WORSE the second time... I said "I just cant and hung up" smh. It honestly was such a bad representation of your business There's no way I'm going to let them touch my hair. I decided to call back and explain why I hung up, but another girl answered (Vivian) that did speak reasonably, I told her what happened and she was extremely dismissive. Boy, companies are seriously scrapping the bottom of the barrel foe staff and it shows. May want to hire secret shoppers to help you out in improving your procedures. ***Omg these days it's so frustrating dealing with poor service*** By the way we did drive by before I called and no cars were in front of the place. You may want to provide better customer service when people call as the first point of contact, maybe you'll get some business.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
