- SSShawna SolisMar 17, 20261.0I went in to get my hair.The lady took an hour to get my hair cut which was no big deal but she still didn't cut it the way I wanted it still I went their because I had a coupon which they did not take.Never again and I will always from now on go to the lady that always does my hair.Now I have to go pay again to recut my hair and spend money I don't have.Somwhow I think the lady that cut mine was at the very last booth with dyed red hair to not cut your hair especially if you are in a hurry

Left in a hurry, got home and had a bald spot on the side of my head that was suppose to be faded. Not even gonna ask why. If youre low on cash or under 10 years old prob not a bad option for a hair cut, but otherwise head someplace else. The real kicker, I told her I had a job interview tomorrow...thanks for your 72% effort. Won't do it again...ever.

Sent my daughter home crying! Worst place to ever! Will never return and they need better employees who know how to do hair! Beware and don’t let the lady in the first booth to the right cut your hair!!!!

I met my hairstylist, Melanie, and she gave me a great haircut and shampoo for a reasonable price. The spot was clean and the hairstylists were friendly. I will definitely be back for a cut in the future.
- MGMelG GordonFeb 12, 20261.0I’ve been a customer for years (trimming bangs and ends only) and always been treated very well the ladies were always very nice. Yesterday I went to trim after over a year out of town and found the rudest two women I’ve ever seen there behind the counter. They always charged me $6 for trimming and one of the ladies said it was $18, I said “well you raised the prices” the other lady said “we didn’t, the owners did!!” while the other one just violently turned her back huffing. I just walked away. To the lady who doesn’t know the definition of “you”, here it is:”YOU”, addresses one or more people directly, or acts as an impersonal pronoun for people in general.”

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
