  Very rude staff there this morning. While shopping there this morning was approached by staff member to see if I needed assistance. I was looking for eyeliner. I couldn’t remember the brand name and guessed at a name and she proceeded to tell me i was looking for a drugstore brand. I assured her i wasn’t and was trying to remember and then she told me in a loud condescending tone that I was in Sephora not Ulta! Well i knew where i was i told her so. And I've never been to Ulta. Her tone and her manner was so rude that I didn’t feel like purchasing anything after that. I will never go to that store sgain. And Sephora should be training staff to be kind and polite to customers.

  30 days return policy and not even a store credit after…. Amongst other things, I purchased a 50$ lip oil… questionable purchase to begin with but oh well. Came back as I thought within an appropriate time, but turned out to be a week late to their 30 days make it or die policy lol. Are you serious?! Not even a store credit or exchange ? The color turned out to be really bad on me. I got a full time job and a 6 months old. So I ordered online and was not at the door to return it next day and I got nothing when I attempted to at least get a different color. I’m not going to hide it- I’m pretty mad at this situation, and will NEVER be back. I’ll get all I need in ulta or Nordstrom. Also I understand you are a makeup store yet have you seen your employees ? Just because there is a ton of make up on their face - doesn’t mean they look good. Like I can’t even talk to them without trying to look the other way…. Keep the 50$. And best of luck

  Went into Sephora today for some skin tint and Leo helped me with some concealer matching and skin care products for my skin. He was so nice and so helpful definitely ask for him if you go in here!

  Visited Sephora here for the first time, and it definitely lived up to its reputation as a go-to beauty destination. From cute to elegant cosmetic products, there’s a huge selection ready to explore and test. The store was clean, well-organized, and inviting. The staff was especially kind and helpful to my wife as she searched for specific items, offering guidance without being pushy. It made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping trip. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking to refresh or upgrade your makeup collection. Cheers! 🥂
