You get to change into a nice heavy robe, it smells amazing when you walk in, the parking is super convenient and easy. They have a large quiet room with a like an electric fireplace glass panel thing with calming music, and the BEST cinnamon tea. They have amazing services to choose from. I went today to get a brow and lash tint with Alicia and she is funny, kind and very thorough and conservative with the dye on the eyebrows which, as a blondie, I feel like is hard to find. I didn’t walk out of there looking crazy. They have high end products and great things to buy for gifts. This place is really nice.

I had a Swedish massage and Josefina is kind, professional and gave the best massage and so respectful. She walked me through what to expect and made sure I was comfortable. Every is clean and they do a great job of creating an environment that is peaceful and relaxing. First massage and it was wonderful!
- KMKaylin MilhollandDec 15, 20252.0I was very disappointed in my experience at this spa. 1) It was a very cold day and it seemed like the rooms weren’t properly heated so it was a bit chilly in my room during the massage and it is hard to relax when you are cold. 2) I booked a swedish massage and my feet were not massaged which I found odd, every other swedish massage I have had has included feet. 3) I paid for hot stones and the massage therapist let me know I could only pick one body part for that.This should be specified when you are paying for this. 4) A small complaint but I am disappointed they don’t offer champagne prior to your service. All spas I have been to have offered champagne prior to your treatment. 5) During my massage, only my upper back was focused on, I don’t think my lower back was touched once. After this experience, I likely won’t be returning.

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements and Age Requirements.
So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, only those receiving services will be allowed in the Quiet Room or treatment areas/locker rooms. Our Spa Guest Age Policy is as follows: Facial Services 13 and up. Massage Services 15 and up.
(Ages 13-17 a parent must be in the room with child during all services)
Certain services can not be performed on minors (Body Treatments, Select Facials, Select Waxing Services)
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards.Woodhouse gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
What is your policy on children in the spa?
For the enjoyment of your spa experience and as a courtesy to other guests in the spa, we do not allow children to accompany parents to their appointments unless they are receiving services*.
If your childcare arrangements unexpectedly change, please notify the spa at your earliest convenience and we will do our best to accommodate your needs in the best way possible. As a friendly reminder we do have a 24-48 cancellation notice and you could be charged up to the full service(s) fees.
If you are under the age of 18 you must receive parental consent and parent must sign our state mandated forms on your behalf.
*Esthetics services: Minimum age is 13. Parent does not have to be in the room but must be in the building when the minor is in service until the age of 16.
*Massage services: Minimum age is 15. Parent must be in the room with the minor up until the age of 17 years old. It will be conducted male guest to male professional, female guest to female professional.
