  Horrible customer service. There’s so many people working yet only 1 checkout cashier.. making customers wait. Plus they had so much attitude (autumn and Ambrya at front desk were oblivious to customers waiting) - avoid this store - Tashaunna though was amazing - she was super helpful

  I came in on a Wednesday to have my three year old daughters make up done to look like Elsa. They didn't have a makeup artist available, which is completely understandable. Madison came over and told us she could do it right now and introduced herself to my daughter and they walked around the store finding different make up and checking if Arden (my daughter) liked the colors. Madison did an amazing job and it made my daughter's day. She then told me it was FREE, she had just done it out of the goodness of her heart. An excellent employee and a model human being, everyone there was too notch but Madison made our day with her kindness.

  Guy names MADS helped me but from start to finish he was extremely passive aggressive. I was switching over from olaplex and wanting to try k18. I requested information between the oil and leave in and he was short and stated he didn't know what the big difference between the two were. I then requested a sample of each and he said it was just a stand test. I mentioned that I've gotten samples before especially when changing an entire brand line and I also mentioned that since he said he didn't know the big difference between the two, id like to try each before buying since they are EACH $75. With a passive aggressive attitude and condescending tone he corrected me and stated that he didn't say what he said lol. Boy just go get my sample and let's not play this back and forth game. I spend TOO MUCH money at Sephora and I'm happy to go elsewhere. Nordstrom would NEVER❤️

  The selection is limited at best. The perfume is wanted to try, they had it but they didn't have a tester or a sample. The return wasn't my best experience, I still haven't gotten my money back. I wanted to exchange but the lady didn't know how. After paying for another product of the same returned, which the lady ordered for me, I still got the wrong product. Pray for me, I have to go back to the same store to return it again. They were all very nice and friendly though.
