Everyone else we interacted with was fine but she was rude enough (to the entire line btw, not specifically to us) that we ended up leaving the line and not purchasing the goods. I believe her name was Autumn but am not 100% sure. Purchased the goods at a different Sephora.

He was thorough in explaining the why behind everything done as well as allowing me to give feedback. He is so knowledgeable and was very understanding when I told them I didn’t like something. He quickly pivoted (lol) to grab a new alternative which I loved!! I was able to purchase most of what he used and was so pleased! He was so patient with me and I will definitely be back to learn more tips!! Thank you again Finn!!!
