    I really wanted to love it. The folks are nice so that’s a plus. But my color did not come out even close to how my stylist (Dionana) described it would. She did give me a discount off the color sense I didn’t like it. She even offered to redo it but I have received a response back from her. The lack of follow up is the most disappointing part.

    got my haircut done a few weeks ago and the lady totally messed it up!! she washed my hair but after the cut she didn’t blow dry nor style it! she did layers and cut off an inch or so and it looked like trash! had to go to another salon to get it done. Never going here again!!! also she was rude and rough.
